Transfer to Your Device

Copy the GPX file to your chartplotter's SD card or USB drive. Most units read GPX files from the card's Garmin/GPX or Waypoints folder.

  • Insert SD card into your computer
  • Copy the .gpx file to the correct folder
  • Eject the SD card safely
  • Insert the SD card into your chartplotter

Import Waypoints

On your chartplotter, navigate to the waypoint manager and import the GPX file. Your new fishing spots will appear as waypoints on the chart.

  • Open your chartplotter's waypoint manager
  • Select 'Import' or 'Load from Card'
  • Choose the GPX file
  • Waypoints appear on your chart instantly
